We get a lot of messages on our socials and emails asking us a few things, so for everyone’s convenience we’ve constructed this nice little FAQ below. If there’s anything that’s not answered feel free to reach out to us!
Where should I subscribe?
At the end of the day it’s up to your preference! You’ll be getting the same models for the same price, regardless of your subscription platform.
Website:
- Monthly Content fulfilled through the Website.
- 400 GP ($4 USD) in store credit
- The ability to skip a release and retain loyalty status
- The best way to support us 🙂
Patreon/MMF:
- Instant access to files via a link on Patreon or MMF fulfillment.
- The ability to subscribe on the platform you already love.
When am I charged?
When you first subscribe you will be charged immediately. Our billing system will then charge you on the 1st of each month when we release our new packs thereafter. This is true for all our subscription platforms.
Do you do physical sales?
We currently do not provide physical miniatures, and leave the printing to our merry band of Merchants who you can find online.
Where can I download my reward on Patreon?
The monthly rewards are always linked in the pinned post on our Patreon page. Follow the links in the post to get your downloads.
What scale are your models?
Our models are scaled at 32mm and 75mm. We provide the .lys files too, so you can change the scale to your liking.
Do I get previous months’ releases with my subscription?
Only the current month’s release is included in your subscription. You will however get access to at least 1 model from each previous release as part of our Welcome Stash.
I subscribed on Patreon. Why can’t I access this month’s release on MyMiniFactory yet?
Monthly releases are sent via MMF at the end and start of each month. If you subscribed mid month you’ll have to wait until the month is over to get the files sent via MMF. You can download everything from Patreon in the meantime though!
Do you take commissions?
We don’t take commissions, but if you’re a designer or business looking to collaborate, feel free to reach out via email, Discord, or Instagram direct message.
What order do I play the 5E Campaign Modules in?
You can check out all our campaigns and the play order for their sagas on our website’s campaign guide. Chronologically they are set by release order, though most campaigns and sagas are self-contained.
If you’re looking for a campaign that begins at level 1, we suggest the Lifting the Veil Saga (Jan ‘24 – Mar 24’) or The Rupture Saga (Aug ‘24 – Oct ‘24).
How do I fix printing issues with the models?
If you’re facing printing troubles, reach out to the community in our #printer-and-supporting-help channel on our active discord.
What resin do you recommend printing your models with?
It’s really a matter of personal preference! We personally do our test printing with Elegoo ABS-like 3.0 Space Grey. We do highly advise against using water washable resin especially with larger models as the soft nature of the resin will create issues with it holding to supports and also result leave hollowed models at risk of cracking and breaking apart.
I want to sell your models as physical prints. Am I allowed to do that?
You absolutely can, provided you have the correct subscription. Our Quartermaster tier gives you a license to sell physical minis. You can check out our merchant terms here. Selling our STL files is strictly prohibited.
